Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green on the edges and a watery hue. On the nose passionfruit scents mingle with lime, green apple and citrus followed by light fresh herb end notes. Light and zesty the palate features flavours of lime, green apple, fresh herbs and citrusy mineral with a crisp refreshing finish. Aftertaste of lime, crunchy green apple and citrusy mineral.
