2015 Nocturne Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black crimson red colour with a deep dark crimson purple tinged hue. Lifted blackcurrant, liquorice and mulberry scents merge into some cigar box followed by black olive and spice end notes. Medium to full bodied with rich blackcurrant and mulberry flavours to the fore then moving into cedary tobacco infusions, black olives, faint bay leaf and spice. Elegant, structured mouthfeel with excellent balance between the acid and tannins providing a superb framework and firming up the finish. Long aftertaste of blackcurrant, mulberries, cedary tobacco characters, subtle black olive and spicy bay leaf.
