2015 Mt. Difficulty Medium Dry Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of fresh limes and red apples are married to honeysuckle with ensuing citrus and subtle quince notes. Ripe red apple flavours laced with honeysuckle dominate the palate over tropical fruits and delicate orange blossom infusions. Off dry finish with tingly acidity. Aftertaste of ripe red apples, honeysuckle, tropical fruits and light infusions of orange blossom.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
