2015 Moss Wood Ribbon Vale Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. The nose reveals aromas of grassy characters, fresh herbs and citrus followed by some asparagus, faint passionfruit and light pencil shaving end notes. Light, fresh and dry the palate displays an elegant flavour profile of citrus, grassy fresh herb characters, asparagus, a light minerality and shades of pencil shavings. Crisp very dry finish. Aftertaste of citrus, grassy fresh herb characters, mineral and light pencil shavings.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
