2015 Monterra Pinot Noir

Showing good depth of colour the wine features a deep dark red black tinged core with a bright dark red hue. Fragrant aromas of ripe cherries and plum are overlaid by stalky characters and fresh garden herbs with light spicy cedar end notes. Soft and generous but with a fresh finish, the light to medium weight palate has flavours of ripe red raspberries and plums infused with herbs over a back drop of spicy cedar. Bright acidity and velvet smooth tannins with an aftertaste of spicy ripe plums, raspberries, dried herbs and spicy cedar.
Cellar 2-3 years.
