Excellent colour density displaying a midnight black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Smoky aromatics of liquorice and black cherry overlay scorched earth, dried meats, graphite and blackpepper. Rich with a tight inky feel the palate is endowed with black cherry and liquorice flavours which intermingle with scorched earth, graphite, dried meat and blackpepper elements. Dry chewy finish with robust tannins. Medium to long earthy black cherry, liquorice, smoked meats, graphite and blackpepper aftertaste.
