2015 Lucien Muzard & Fils Bourgogne

Semi translucent dark red colour with a bright crimson red hue. Fragrant aromas of ripe red cherries and strawberries intermix with a hint of sour cherries, violets and dried herbs followed by light earth and spicy cedar. Light, pretty and savoury the elegantly textured palate features flavours of crushed red cherries and strawberries infused with violets over a back drop of dried herbs and spicy cedar. Ends with vibrant fresh acidity that’s almost crunchy and slightly dryish but finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of red cherries, traces of sour cherries, strawberries, infusions of violet and spicy dried herbs.
