2015 Lost Buoy The Edge Shiraz

Matured in seasoned American oak. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red black tinged hue. The nose is filled with dark chocolate, dark plum and liquorice aromatics with underlying spicy vanillin oak showing excellent intensity. Rich and plush with a soft opulent texture the palate is awash with dark chocolate and liquorice followed by some dark plum and blackberry with underlying spicy vanillin oak nuances. Slippery, satin like tannins. Very good depth concluding long with an aftertaste of spicy dark chocolate, dark plums, liquorice and vanillin oak.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
