2015 Longview Whippet Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pungent passionfruit aromas leap from the glass followed by citrusy ripe gooseberry, a hint of grassy asparagus and faint capsicum. The palate is intensely flavoured with passionfruit and ripe gooseberry which dominate over a back drop of citrus and grassy capsicum like characters. Clean crisp finish with a lively aftertaste of passionfruit, citrusy gooseberry and herbaceous capsicum.
