2015 Lavradores de Feitoria Douro Tinto

Totally opaque black dark red core with a deep dark red hue. Nosing reveals ripe black cherry, liquorice and earth aromas followed by some dried meats and spice. Medium bodied and relatively elegant in its feel the palate has flavours of black cherries and liquorice over an earthy back drop. Finishes dry with a lick of spice and slightly chewy tannins. Aftertaste of spicy black cherries, liquorice and earthy leather.
