2015 Lambrook Shiraz

Opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red black hue. The nose exhibits scents of liquorice and blackberries with a smoky dried meat overlay and pepper end notes. Possessing excellent richness and weight, juicy flavours of liquorice and black cherries infused with blackpepper are followed by some dried meat characters and spicy vanillin cedar. Very fine grained well integrated tannins. Excellent length finishing with a long peppery aftertaste of ripe black cherries, liquorice, dried meats and smoked spices.
Cellar 5-6 years.
