2015 Konrad Sauvignon Blanc

Certified Organic. Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted passionfruit aromas meld into gooseberries and light herbaceous grassy characters with zesty citrus end notes. Refreshing passionfruit and lime flavours are followed by green apple, some light herbaceousness and citrus. Clean crisp acidity with a long aftertaste of passionfruit, lime, green apple and citrus.
