2015 Kate Hill Pinot Noir

Deep very dark red colour with black tinged edges and a red brick like hue. Nosing offers up aromas of dark cherries infused with dried herbs and a hint of stalk followed by traces of anise and forest floor. Medium weighted the palate has generous ripe dark cherry and plum fruit over a back drop of anise, earth and spicy cedar. Soft supplely textured mouthfeel with velvety tannins leading into a well powered finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
