2015 Jericho G.S.M.

Produced from a blend of 87% Grenache, 10% Shiraz and 3% Mourvedre with partial whole bunch fermentation and maturation in older French oak. Deep dark red black tinged colour with a bright crimson purple hue. Subdued aromas of dark raspberry are followed by subtle liquorice and vanillin cedar scents with light spice end notes. Juicy sweet dark raspberry jube and plum flavours dominate the palate over some liquorice and spicy vanillin oak. Soft velvety tannins with an aftertaste of ripe raspberry jubes, plum, liquorice and spicy vanillin oak.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
