The nose offers up aromas of herbaceous grassy gooseberries, green apples, faint asparagus and citrusy mineral. Fresh and lively the palate has flavours of passionfruit, ripe gooseberries, lime, green apple and citrusy mineral with crunchy acidity. Long aftertaste of passionfruit, green apple, lime and citrusy mineral.
