Brilliant straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted aromas of pear and freshly sliced Jonathan apple arise from the glass followed by some musk, confectionary and light spice. Medium weight the palate features ripe pear and Jonathan apple flavours followed by traces of musk and quince with a dry spicy finish. Well balanced acidity with an aftertaste of pear, Jonathan apple, quince and spice.
