2015 Hentley Farm The Old Legend Grenache

Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with a bright crimson hue. Lifted raspberry jube and ripe cranberry scents overlay some plum, liquorice, vanillin confectionary and spice. Light to medium weight but possessing excellent concentration and power the palate is filled with juicy dark raspberry and plum juice flavours followed by a touch of liquorice, vanillin confectionary and spice. Bright fresh finish with velvet smooth tannins and a long spicy aftertaste of succulent dark raspberries, plum, liquorice and vanillin confectionary.
