2015 Henschke Peggy's Hill Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a light but distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Scents of lime and orange rind merge with some citrusy mineral and talc. Refreshing lime and citrus flavours dance across the palate followed by orange rind, talc and a touch of steely mineral. Crunchy acidity with a long aftertaste of lime, citrus, talcy mineral and orange rind.
Drink now or cellar 5-6 years.
