2015 Helen & Joey Estate Inara Pinot Gris

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromatics of fresh pears, lime and green apples are followed by mineral end notes. Light and fresh the palate is more in the Pinot Grigio mould than Pinot Gris. It has flavours of pears and green apples with flashes of lime and fresh herbs also apparent over a subtle mineral infused back drop. Clean dry finish with lively acidity and a rounded pebble stone like textural feel. Aftertaste of fresh pears, green herbs, lime and mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
