2015 Giant Steps Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Showing very good intensity delightful fleshy white peach top notes meld into some subtle nectarine, dried honey, biscuity nougat and gun flint aromas. The medium weighted palate possesses good richness but also shows plenty of finesse featuring flavours of white peaches and nectarines which are infused with dried honey, biscuity nougat and spice. There’s a slight creaminess which builds incrementally towards the finish. Long aftertaste of white peaches, dried honey, biscuity nougat and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years.
