2015 Gestalt Rule of Thirds GSM

A rich, seductive GSM filled with slippery textured fruit.

Opaque dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Intense aromatics of ripe dark raspberry and liquorice laced with dark chocolate flow out of the glass over some earthy vanillin cedar, confectionary and light spice. Rich with a beautiful opulent feel the palate is draped with plush ripe dark raspberry, succulent blackberry, liquorice and dark chocolate flavours underpinned by vanillin oak and spice. Satiny tannins are virtually invisible. Long delicious finish of ripe dark raspberries, juicy blackberries, liquorice, dark chocolate, spicy vanillin oak and faint dried herb infusions. A very moreish proposition.
