It’s seemingly impossible to find budget priced Pinot with good varietal character and depth, even more so from a premium wine growing region like the Adelaide Hills, so this is a real discovery.

Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a dark crimson red hue. On the nose a mixture of red and sour cherries interplay with some subtle strawberry, fresh herbs and spicy cedar aromas. Light and supple in the mouth, flavours of ripe red cherries and strawberries abound with an inkling of anise also present over a back drop of spicy cedar. Very savoury and easy to drink with good depth and velvety tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe red cherries, strawberries, faint anise and spicy cedar. A very tasty entry level Pinot.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
Alc 13.5%
