2015 Forty Two Degrees South Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright red purple colour with a crimson purple hue. Youthful freshly crushed dark cherry aromas intermix with some plum, inky earth like characters and spice. Light to medium weight and very fresh the palate has flavours of inky freshly crushed dark cherries, some plum, earth and spice. Slightly dryish but fine grained tannins with bright acidity and an aftertaste of fresh dark cherries, inky earth characters and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years.
