2015 Dr Loosen Bernkasteler Lay Riesling Kabinett

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a light tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromatics of ripe red apples and pears are overlaid by honeysuckle with orange blossom and mineral end notes. Light and airy but generously flavoured, ripe red apples intermixed with honeysuckle are followed by some refreshing lime and orange blossom infusions on the tail end of the palate. Finishes off dry with tingly acidity. Aftertaste of red apples laced with honeysuckle, some orange blossom infusions and a delicate minerality.
Drink over next 6-8 years.
