2015 Dexter Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a light crimson red hue. Perfumed aromatics of violets, dark cherries and strawberries are followed by some subtle anise, lightly toasted oak, dried meats and spice. Light but very powerful the palate features mouthfilling flavours of dark cherries, anise and ripe strawberries with underlying smoky cedar, dried meats and spice. Outstanding length. Very savoury and supplely textured with a long aftertaste of dark cherries, strawberries, subtlety toasted oak, dried meats and spice. Already delicious drinking now this will cellar a further 6-8 years.
