2015 Delatite High Ground Pinot Grigio

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear, quince, bees wax and spice emanate from the glass. Fresh pear and citrus flavours overlay some quince and spicy Jonathan apple flavours with a dry crisp acid finish. Aftertaste of pear, crisp Jonathan apple, quince and light spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
