2015 Delatite High Ground Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with tinges of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of white peaches and ripe pears meld into dried honey, cashew and spicy nougat notes. Medium to full bodied with excellent richness, a rounded creamy like textural feel and soft acidity the palate features mouthfilling flavours of ripe peaches and pears intermixed with dried honey characters over some cashew and spicy nougat infusions. Clean dry finish with a long aftertaste of ripe peaches, pears, dried honey, cashew and spicy nougat. A very well made fuller style of Chardonnay that delivers great value.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
