2015 Delas Saint Esprit Cotes du Rhone Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of fresh peaches and apricots meld into some citrusy honeysuckle like characters with faint ripe lime and spice end notes. Light in body with a rounded stony textural feel and bone dry finish the palate exhibits dried pear and apricot flavours subtlety infused with citrusy honeysuckle characters followed by stony mineral nuances. Bright acidity with an aftertaste of dried pears, apricot, subtle honeysuckle and stony mineral. Needs a few years under its belt to fill out.
