2015 Coriole Nero

Made from Nero d’Avola grapes this wine displays a semi translucent bright dark red colour with a bright crimson hue. Aromas of ripe red cherries and raspberries laced with mint are followed by some spicy fresh herb notes. Light in weight with up front flavours of raspberries and juicy cherries intermingling with fresh herb infusions. Finishes dry and spicy with slightly chalky tannins, fresh acidity and an aftertaste of ripe cherries, fresh herbs, a touch of mint and spice.
