2015 Coriole Fiano

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Floral notes combine with lime and fresh pear with shades of honey and faint mineral end notes also present. The palate is light and fresh with flavours of pear, lime, light honeyed characters and flinty mineral. Clean dry finish with crisp acidity. Aftertaste of fresh pear, lime, faint honeyed infusions and mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
