Bright ruby-red. Enticing aromas and flavors of red fruit, sweet spices and violet. Juicy, fresh and delicately spicy, this is light and lively with a brightly fruity, medium-long and very saline edge. I suggest drinking this slightly chilled, as it can easily match with fish dishes...this is not aged in oak, the grapes are picked much earlier to help preserve freshness and low sugar accumulation (this has only 13% alcohol, when many Sardinian Cannonaus flirt with 16%). The word “tonaghe” means stalk.
