2015 Cimicky Trumps Shiraz

Impenetrable inky black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. The nose displays spicy dark plum and liquorice aromas over some black cherries, smoky vanillin cedar and pepper. Full bodied and richly textured the palate is filled with luscious fruit flavours of black cherries, dark plums and liquorice over smoky cedar with a pepper infused dried meats finish. Slightly grippy but otherwise fine grained tannins. Finishes with a long peppery aftertaste of spicy black cherries, liquorice, dried meats and smoky cedar.
Cellar 4-5 years.
