Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose displays scents of pears, apples and musk followed by some talc and citrus notes. Light and fresh the palate is filled with pear and lychee flavours over some Jonathan apple and faint spice. Clean dry finish with lively acidity. Aftertaste of pears, lychees and faint musk.
