2015 Caledonia Australis Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright dark red core with a tinge of black around the edges and a light crimson red hue. Aromas of youthful juicy red cherries and raspberries dominate over some anise, light stalky cedar and spice notes. Light and fruity with a combination of red cherry, raspberry and strawberries followed by subtle anise infusions and cedar with a spicy finish and fresh acidity. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy juicy red cherries, raspberries, anise infusions and spicy cedar.
Cellar 5-6 years.
