2015 Cabernet d'Soumah

Excellent depth of colour displaying a totally opaque black bright dark red core with a dark crimson black hue. Lifted mulberry and subtle blackcurrant aromas intermix with cedary tobacco leaf and spice notes. Medium bodied with a youthful freshness and elegant mouthfeel the palate is generously flavoured with mulberry and blackcurrant over a background of cedary tobacco characters with a spicy, savoury finish. Very fine grained, perfectly integrated tannin structure. Aftertaste of mulberry, blackcurrant, cedary tobacco characters and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years.
