2015 Battle of Bosworth Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. The nose offers up elevated scents of ripe peaches laced with dried honey and biscuity oak followed by some cashew with citrusy nougat end notes. Peach and nectarine flavours intermixed with dried honey are to the fore with underlying biscuity oak and subtle citrusy grapefruit like characters. Moderately creamy mouthfeel. Dry finish with an aftertaste of nectarines, peaches, dried honey and biscuit.
