2015 Angus The Bull Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red core with a dark red hue. The nose offers up aromas of blackcurrant infused with minty bay leaf like characters followed by some vanillin cedar, earth and spice. Medium bodied with good fruit generosity the palate dishes up rich blackcurrant flavours which are overlaid by bay leaf with some subtle cedary tobacco characters, earth and spice ensuing. Slightly dryish on the finish with well integrated fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy ripe blackcurrant, bay leaf, subtle cedary tobacco characters and a pinch of earth.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
