2015 Ad Hoc Avant Gardening Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec

Excellent colour displaying a totally opaque black dark red core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced blackcurrant and mulberry scents are overlaid by hints of violets with bay leaf. Subtle cedary tobacco and spice notes also chiming in. Medium to full bodied, rich blackcurrant and liquorice flavours dominate over some dark cherries, earthy bay leaf infusions and lightly scorched spicy cedar. Firm dry finish with slightly chewy tannins. Medium to long ripe blackcurrant, liquorice, bay leaf, scorched earth and spicy cedar aftertaste.
