2014 Wilson DJW Polish Hill River Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Freshly squeezed lemon and lime aromas are to the fore followed by some orange rind, talc and mineral. The palate is filled with fresh lemon and lime flavours followed by some crunchy green apple with a dry steely mineral infused finish. Steely structure with snappy acidity. Long lemon, lime and steely mineral aftertaste. This is the most structured and steely of the Wilson trio of 2014 Rieslings.
