2014 Vis Amoris Dome Pigato

Produced from 100% Pigato grapes which are related to Vermentino. Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromatics of spicy apple and quince intermingle with some honeysuckle and faint dried herb end notes. Light to medium weight with a fullish textural feel and fresh dry finish the palate has expressive flavours of apples and honeysuckle over some quince and a touch of minerality. Aftertaste of ripe apples, honeysuckle, a touch of quince and mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
