2014 Tim Adams Pinot Gris

Brilliant apricot tinged colour with a watery hue. The nose displays lifted ripe pear and red apple scents followed by some quince, musk and faint spice. The palate features generous roundly textured features flavours of ripe pears, red apples and quince with a touch of spice on the medium dry finish. Aftertaste of ripe pears, quince and light spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
