Opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. The nose displays top notes of dark plums and liquorice followed by a faint whiff of spearmint and spicy vanillin cedar. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses rich succulent flavours of ripe dark plums, liquorice and blackberries with an undercurrent of vanillin cedar. Soft plushly textured tannins. Aftertaste of ripe dark plums, liquorice, blackberries and spicy vanillin cedar.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
