2014 Springton Hills Wines Eliza's Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of lime and citrus are dominate over some green apple, a hint of talc and mineral. Showing very good concentration mouthfilling lime and citrus flavours are to the fore followed by some green apple and talcy mineral. Clean dry finish with tangy acidity. Long lime, citrus and talcy mineral aftertaste.
Drink now or cellar 5-6 years.
