2014 Soul Growers Provident Shiraz

Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. The nose displays perfumed aromas of liquorice, blackberries and ripe dark cherries with an overlay of smoky cedar followed by subtle dried meats and pepper. Medium to full bodied with a plush supple mouthfeel and velvety tannins the palate features flavours of liquorice intermixed with a good dose of vanillin cedar, some dark chocolate and spice. The vanillin cedar component being quite prominent. Soft acidity with an aftertaste of vanillin cedar, liquorice, dark chocolate and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years.
