2014 Seville Estate The Barber Chardonnay

Brilliant straw colour with a tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. The nose is a touch restrained with aromas of peach, light citrus, cashew and faint toasty oak emerging. The palate is more forthcoming with flavours of peach and cashew prevalent over a background of lightly toasted oak and spice. Clean dry finish. Rounded textural feel with good balancing acidity providing a sense of freshness on the finish. Aftertaste of peach, cashew and spicy oak.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
