Brilliant straw colour with a tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted citrus and asparagus aromatics emerge over some herbaceous grassy characters, a light flinty smokiness, dried herbs and spice. Fresh and vibrant with a distinctive smoky asparagus like character running through the citrus fruits. Following on are nuances of spicy dried herbs and grassy characters. Dry crisp finish. Concludes with an aftertaste of citrus, smoky asparagus like characters, dried herbs and a spicy grassiness.
