Minimum 12 bottles
Cellar: 6 - 8 Years (2023-2025)
ABV: 14.5%

Matured in new to 4 year old French barriques for 16 months. Totally opaque black dark red core with a deep dark red hue. Scents of peppered dried meats are followed by a whiff of liquorice, earthy black olives and spicy cedar. More forthcoming than the nose the palate possesses flavours of blackberries and liquorice infused with dried meats and blackpepper over spicy vanillin cedar and earthy black olives. Tighter and showing more focus than the 2013 Shiraz, it finishes with brighter acidity and firmer, slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of subtle blackberry, liquorice, dried meats, earthy black olives and black pepper.
Cellar 6-8 years.
Alc 14.5%

Other Reviews…
Geelong shiraz has lot to offer, and this effort is a great showcase for why. Powerful, spice-laden, black and red fruits flow seamlessly through the savoury and finely poised palate. Drink by 2030.
