Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted ripe red apple, lime and honeysuckle aromas mix with hints of lemon butter, oily toast like characters and spice. Rich, textured lime and red apple fruits are underpinned by a vibrant freshness with honeysuckle, oily toast characters and subtle notions of slate. Dry, brisk, lemony finish with a lingering subtle oiliness to the lengthy aftertaste.
