Brilliant straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lime and mandarin top notes are followed by some green apple and honeysuckle with citrusy mineral end notes. The palate features racy lime juice and fresh red apple flavours coated with honeysuckle over zesty citrus and mineral. A precise line of crunchy acidity drives its way through the palate finishing with an aftertaste of fresh limes, red apples, honeysuckle, citrus zest and mineral.
Drink now or cellar 6-8 years.
