2014 Rolf Binder Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Pronounced spicy dark plum and liquorice aromas flow from the glass with blueberry, vanillin oak and subtle dried herb notes also present. Medium to full bodied with a soft plush mouthfeel and slippery tannins, the palate has generous flavours of dark plums, liquorice and blueberries over a backdrop of spicy vanillin cedar. Medium to long aftertaste of dark plums, liquorice, blueberries and spicy vanillin cedar.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
